Because of the monumental success we now have an immediate need for a few assertive and motivated Service Sales Associates to join our team!

Future Chevrolet prides itself on the professional and family-oriented feel it provides. Work-life balance is important!!!! As the dealership grows so do the pockets of our Service Sales Associates! They generally earn anywhere from $5,000 - $15,000 a month, and that's the norm!

Are you ready for a change?

Pay Scale: Base Hourly rate of $16.00, with substantial commission opportunities based on overall performance and other factors.

Automotive service advisors greet customers, listen to their description of the problems or service needed, determine the type of service required and prepare repair orders. If a vehicle requires additional repairs not covered in the original order, they estimate the additional cost and telephone the customer for permission to do the work. They also advise customers on other available services.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

· Maintains contact with federal, state, and/or local government agencies and utilities to secure fleet business, actively utilizing the bidding process.

· Solicits commercial fleet accounts.

· Ensures quality deliveries of all service fleet sales.

· Supplies service department manager with monthly forecasts of commercial/fleet car and truck sales

· Follows up on dealership payment for delivered fleet and commercial account vehicles routinely.

· Maintains professional appearance.

· Attends managers meetings as requested.

· Other tasks as assigned.

Expectations:

Must have basic knowledge of cars and maintenance.

Meet and exceed manufacturer CSI requirements.

Must have customer service experience

Strong character and work ethic

Strong listening and verbal communication skills

Strong focus and desire to achieve sales goals

Dependable, responsible Team Player with a positive attitude

Self-starter with ability to work well as part of a team or independently
