The Role You Will Play

  • The Chief Actuary, Retirement will fully utilize expert consulting, technical, and project management skills in the areas of retirement plan valuations, design, compliance, and risk as well as financial management for all types of retirement plans including defined benefit, defined contribution and retiree medical.
  • The two partners of this firm are looking for this hire to have a seat at the leadership table. This would be #3 in the organization.
  • This role is responsible for inspiring a collaborative team environment while encouraging growth in all members of the team.
  • The Chief Actuary, Retirement is entrusted to provide superior communication to some of the firms largest clients regarding project implications and solutions.
  • Specializing in creative design and implementation of client-focused retirement benefit plans.

  • Looking for someone who knows the code inside and out. This individual will be the technical expert of the team. They will be able to set direction and take real control of the department.
