As the Chief Analyst, you will be responsible for developing robust and scalable methodologies to ensure product consistency across a variety of managed service teams, incorporating customer feedback, working with and mentoring analysts seeking to understand how to best execute or apply analytic methodologies. Your primary focus will be on supporting customer delivery, and you will work closely with product and engineering to automate methodologies as needed and appropriate. This position is a senior independent contributor, with the expectation to mentor staff as they grow in their careers but will not be responsible for performance management. Key Responsibilities:Analytic methodologies
- Develop and implement consistent analysis playbooks to support Alethea products.
- Teach and mentor analysts how to conduct analysis and provide coaching on analytic quality.
- Support methodologies and work directly with customers to define requirements and build analytic playbooks for the team to execute on and implement.
- Continuously assess technology trends, adversary activity, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine strategies.
Product Partnership
- As playbooks continue to be developed and refine, work with product, engineering, and data science to develop new product features that continue to automate Alethea workflows.
- Foster a customer-centric culture within the organization, emphasizing value to customer for analytic products, responsiveness, and accountability.
Process Optimization
- Streamline customer-facing processes and workflows to eliminate friction points and improve efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, marketing, and sales, to ensure alignment and consistency in customer interactions.
- Implement tools and technologies to enhance the customer experience, such as CRM systems, self-service portals, and omnichannel communication platforms.
Continuous Improvement
- Establish a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging experimentation and innovation in customer experience initiatives.
- Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Monitor customer satisfaction metrics and drive initiatives to address areas of dissatisfaction or underperformance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in intelligence analysis, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Proven track record of success in a senior leadership role focused on Analysis. USG and private sector analysis experience preferred.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across departments.
- Demonstrated ability to develop methodologies and lead teams to execute to drive quality analytic output.
- Experience leading and developing high-performing teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Deep understanding of customer-centric principles and best practices in customer experience management.
- Familiarity with relevant technologies and tools, such as CRM systems, customer feedback platforms, and data analytics software.
Compensation and Benefits
- Salary and stock options are negotiated based on experience.

- Hybrid work environment, with 3 days per week required in office in Washington, D.C or New York.
The salary range for this position is 155,000 - 195,000 depending on the candidate's skills, experience, and qualifications. In addition to cash compensation, this role is eligible for a stock option grant.
