Manhattan-based Non-Profit is seeking a Chief Development Officer to join them. The CDO is responsible for leading and managing the organizations fundraising, business development, and strategic partnerships.
Salary: $180-205k base
On-site three days per week
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive fundraising and development strategies to meet the organizations financial goals.
- Identify and cultivate relationships with major donors, corporate sponsors, foundations, and other key stakeholders.
- Oversee and expand strategic partnerships and alliances that support the organizations mission and growth.
- Lead and mentor the development team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and accountability.
- Work closely with the Board of Directors and senior leadership to align fundraising efforts with organizational objectives.
- Develop and implement effective donor engagement strategies, ensuring long-term donor relationships and sustained support.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of fundraising initiatives, using data to drive decision-making and optimize strategies.
