Are you a Senior Estimator looking to elevate your career, OR are you currently a Chief Estimator looking for larger, challenging construction projects in a team oriented company that fosters collaboration, support and growth?

We are hiring a highly qualified General Contractor candidate with self performing estimating experience for a reputable and growing GC on the northside of Indianapolis. You will lead the team and be responsible for developing/creating quality bids, performing takeoffs, preparing documentation, obtaining and receiving bids and overseeing the entire estimating and preconstruction process.

Ideal Qualifications includes:

• Minimum 10 years experience with estimating, or mix of superintendent/project management
• must have self-performing experience with estimating, preconstruction
• Must be proficient with Microsoft products, take-off software/estimating software
• Bachelors in Construction, Engineering or related degree is preferred
