Job Description:

Cedar Park Group is recruiting for a highly skilled and motivated Chief Estimator/Project Manager with a focus on Site Civil Construction. This is an excellent opportunity to take on a leadership role in both estimating and managing construction projects.   • Develop accurate cost estimates by reviewing project plans, specifications, and documents.
  • Lead and manage the estimation process, utilizing industry-standard software (e.g., ProCore, Bluebeam, Foundation, B2W).
  • Prepare and submit bid packages, negotiate contracts with subcontractors, and ensure competitive pricing.
  • Oversee all phases of project management, including scope development, budgeting, scheduling, and timeline management.
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure successful project execution.
  • Monitor project progress, ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
  • Manage budgets, control costs, and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
  • Conduct regular site visits to inspect work quality and address any issues or concerns that arise.
  • Perform post-project analysis to evaluate estimates and identify improvement areas.
Skills & Experience:
  • Proven experience as a Chief Estimator with Site Civil knowledge, or similar role in the construction industry.
  • Proficiency in project management and estimating software (ProCore, Bluebeam, B2W, Foundation).
  • Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and techniques.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to multitask, manage tight deadlines, and work well under pressure.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field is preferred, but not required.
