We are a distinguished open enrollment charter school in New Orleans, committed to delivering outstanding educational experiences since our inception in 2013. As we continue to expand and strive for excellence, we are in search of a visionary Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead our notable institution towards becoming the highest-performing charter school in the region. The CEO will report directly to the Governing Board of Directors and will oversee senior leadership, ensuring our dedication to advancing educational equity and fostering innovation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Set a clear direction and foster alignment around our vision, mission, and core values.
  • Collaboratively develop and implement a strategic plan to achieve organizational goals, ensuring that all leadership reinforces this direction.
  • Build and cultivate a high-performing leadership team that aligns with our values, promoting a culture of continuous support and professional development.
  • Align financial and human resources with strategic priorities to ensure long-term sustainability of the organization.
  • Inspire and engage staff while building meaningful relationships with the board and community stakeholders.
  • Maintain a strong emphasis on student achievement and accountability, utilizing data to inform decisions and celebrate progress.

  • Strong background in nonprofit management, with a successful history of driving positive outcomes.

  • Qualifications

  • A Bachelor's degree is required; a Master's degree in Education, Public Administration, or a related field is preferred.
  • A minimum of 10 years of professional experience in nonprofit management, showcasing a strong track record of success.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience focused on inspiring teams and advancing organizational objectives.
