JOB TITLE:Chief Executive Officer/Executive Director of the Schoharie County (NY) Industrial

JOB POSTING:the Schoharie County Industrial Development Agency Board of Directors seeks a highly ethical and skilled economic development professional to serve as its next Chief Executive Office and Executive Director.

Candidates should have comprehensive knowledge and understanding of economic and business development, comprehension of State and Federal economic incentive programs, an understanding of tax incentives, be able to analyze and make recommendations relative to tax exemptions and PILOT arrangements, all while being able to communicate effectively with the public about the mission of the IDA and how the decisions of the IDA fulfill that mission.

SALARY:The IDA Board of Directors has set a salary range for this position of $115,000 to $150,000 (DOQ) plus a competitive benefit package which includes NYS Retirement and health insurance with dental and vision coverage.
