Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the organization's long-term strategy to drive growth and innovation
- Provide inspired leadership to the executive team and entire organization
- Ensure the company achieves its financial and operational objectives
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including the Board of Directors
- Drive operational excellence and ensure the delivery of high-quality healthcare services
- Lead strategic initiatives, including mergers, acquisitions, and partnerships
- Serve as the public face of the organization in various forums
- Foster a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and patient-centered care
- Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements
- Drive digital transformation and the adoption of new healthcare technologies
- Cultivate a diverse and inclusive work environment
What We Are Looking For:
- Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field strongly preferred
- Minimum of 15 years of progressive leadership experience, with at least 7 years in C-suite positions, preferably in the healthcare industry
- Proven track record of successfully leading large, complex organizations through periods of growth and change
- Strong understanding of healthcare economics, policy, and the regulatory environment
- Exceptional strategic thinking and decision-making skills
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
- Demonstrated financial acumen and experience managing large budgets
- Track record of fostering innovation and driving digital transformation
- Experience working effectively with a Board of Directors
Preferred Qualifications:
- Advanced degree (MD, PhD) in addition to business credentials
- Experience leading a public company or working with public company boards
- International business experience
- Strong network within the healthcare industry and related sectors

- Competitive executive-level compensation package:
- Base salary range: $500,000 - $1,000,000 annually, commensurate with experience
- Performance-based annual bonus up to 100% of base salary
