Unity Care Group – Non-Profit – BAY AREA ONLY CANDIDATES

Salary Range $178K- $200K

The CEO will be the driving force behind Unity Care Group's mission, leading with passion, integrity, and a relentless focus on excellence. Reporting directly to the Board of Directors, the CEO will embody the spirit of our organization, ensuring that every decision, every action, and every initiative aligns with our core values and long-term vision.

This role demands a dynamic and strategic leader who excels in navigating complex challenges while fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and growth. The CEO will oversee all facets of the organization, including strategic planning, financial management, program development, community engagement, fundraising, and more. The ideal candidate is a transformative leader capable of inspiring teams, building strategic partnerships, and propelling Unity Care Group to achieve its ambitious goals.

Your qualifications should include:

  • At least 5 years of executive-level leadership, managerial, and operational experience in complex environments with many moving parts; both a strategic- and a systems-thinker with demonstrated change management experience; a clear understanding of finances, budgeting revenue and costs; and demonstrated success in leading organizations.
  • The ability to internalize and communicate a strategy, break it down, and convert it into a data-driven, results-oriented, integrated approach that galvanizes others and guides decision-making.
  • Demonstrated ability to increase earned and contributed revenue in ways that align with an organization's mission; a track record attracting financial support from individuals, government sources, foundations, and businesses.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Human Services, or a related field. An advanced degree in Social Work, Business, or Psychology is preferred.
