JOB DESCRIPTIONThe Central Valley Training Center is looking for its next Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead its person-centered vision to be meaningful, inclusive, and empowered every day. CVTC offers various participant services to educate, facilitate, train, and assist individuals to reach their full potential and live life to the fullest. These services include behavior support, community integration, vocational support, and emergency response services.
The CEO supports the goals set by the Board of Directors. Guided by the corporate purpose, vision, and mission, it provides leadership in general administration, student and consumer services, financial operations, and human resources administration.
The CEO directs the administrative services to ensure that support services to the corporation and its customers are delivered in a manner that results in quality, efficiency, and profitability.
The CEO works with the Executive Team to ensure that resources are planned, developed, and distributed to meet our customers' present and future needs.
The CEO will work with the Board of Directors to develop resource models, plans, and information regarding the expansion and diversification of services.
The CEO works with the Executive, Senior Operations, and Corporate Management teams to achieve program and service improvement and sound corporate practices, especially regarding resource utilization and risk management.
Preferred QualificationsMaster's Degree in Business or applicable field; minimum of five years experience in the field of intellectual disabilities with proven evidence of skills in management, personnel, and programming; minimum of five years of supervisory experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Required QualificationsDriving, vehicle available for use daily, DOJ background check, clean DMV printout, California Driver's License & proof of auto insurance upon hire.

ScheduleBusiness hours are Monday-Friday 8:00 AM-4:00 PM and additional hours as needed.
Salary$180,000/year
