Role Overview

As CEO, you will drive strategy to achieve significant revenue growth over the next five years, building a high-performing commercial team to complement our technical foundation. This role focuses on market expansion, strategic partnerships, and P&L management. You will lead complex OEM sales cycles, foster alignment between technical and business teams, and collaborate with stakeholders to scale the company. Experience in MedTech, start-ups, and venture-backed businesses is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Growth: Define and execute strategies for team building, go-to-market initiatives, product development, and fundraising.
• Market Leadership: Build OEM partnerships (focus on cardiology and neuromodulation sectors) and negotiate long-term deals to expand market presence.
• Team Building: Lead and scale a commercial team that aligns with a strong technical foundation led by the CTO.
• Execution Focus: Drive milestone-oriented go-to-market strategies to achieve revenue goals efficiently.
