About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join their team. The CFO will be responsible for owning the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close process, as well as for improving financial reporting processes and ensuring proper accounting systems in line with GAAP. This role involves leading the audit process, maintaining a strong relationship with the external auditor, and overseeing regulatory reporting and internal controls. The CFO will also play a key role in the analysis of current business operations and future plans, working closely with the co-owners to support the company's growth and operational scaling.Applicants for the CFO position at the company should have a minimum of a Bachelor s degree in accounting or finance, with at least 15 years of progressive accounting experience. Experience with SAP is essential, as is a background in a service and maintenance, manufacturing, construction, or engineering environment. The ideal candidate will be a strategic leader with a proven track record in financial management, and the ability to drive business performance through financial analysis and planning.
