Job Summary:

As the Chief Financial Officer, you will oversee the organization's financial planning and accounting practices, managing relationships with lending institutions, funding sources, shareholders, and the financial community. Your leadership will guide our fiscal department to ensure accurate record-keeping, budgeting, and financial reporting.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • CPA (Certified Public Accountant) preferred.
  • Progressive experience in financial management, preferably within the healthcare or nonprofit sector.
  • Proven track record of strategic financial planning, budgeting, and financial reporting.
  • Experience managing a finance team and developing financial policies and procedures.
  • Familiarity with federal and state healthcare regulations, funding sources, and grant management.
  • Strong understanding of financial software and reporting systems.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities, with experience in mentoring and developing finance staff.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a diverse and community-focused environment.
