Your Role at FICO: As the Chief Financial Officer (CFO), you will be a key member of the executive team, responsible for overseeing all financial activities and providing strategic guidance to ensure the financial health and growth of the organization. You will play a critical role in developing and executing financial plans, managing budgets, analyzing financial data, and providing insights to support decision-making at all levels of the company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement financial strategies to support the company's growth objectives.
  • Lead the financial planning and analysis process, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
  • Monitor and manage cash flow, liquidity, and financial risk to ensure the company's financial stability and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Oversee accounting operations, including financial reporting, tax planning, and compliance with GAAP standards.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to the finance team, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with other members of the executive team to evaluate strategic opportunities, assess investment decisions, and drive operational efficiencies.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders, including investors, financial institutions, and regulatory bodies.
  • Qualifications:

  • 5 years' experience in accounting and finance roles.
  • 2 years as an accounting/finance leader in an organization of similar size.
  • Degree in accounting, finance, business related OR 4 years equivalent work experience.
  • Accounting/finance leader in a company generating similar revenues.
  • Fluent with statistics used for business analysis.
  • Able to pass company background check.
  • Experience creating customized reports with accounting software.
  • Advanced Excel skills (Ask how candidate has used: macros, pivot tables, VLOOKUP).
