Job Description : Chief Financial Officer
Synopsis: Kanon Health, LLC is a for-profit healthcare education firm established in 2019, providing board certification courses and continuing medical education for physicians and nurses. Kanon Health, LLC is expanding its service lines into hospital revenue management, specifically the creation of a revenue-based cryptocurrency token.
Education:
- Required: Bachelors of Business Administration – Accounting (B.B.A.)
- Masters of Business Administration (M.B.A.)
- Certified Public Accountant (C.P.A.)
- Prefer: Fellow, ACHE and/or Fellow, HFMA
Qualifications: Understanding and practical use of business contracts, trademarks, security and exchange commission, and cryptocurrency technology. Experience working in a healthcare facility within the revenue management cycle, director or above position.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for all financial operations including receipt, withdrawal and disbursement of funds.
- Develop annual operating budget and any necessary budget revisions.
- Work closely with outside CPA firm on annual audit, responsible for the coordination and preparation of financial records for the audit.
- Ensure maintenance of accounting records and preparation of financial statements and reports.
- Oversee timely submission of all federal and state payroll taxes, benefit premiums, retirement contributions and worker's compensation premiums.
- Lead the financial, contracts, and engagement of securities of Kanon Health, LLC.
- Responsible for filing and maintaining records with the securities and exchange commission.
- Understand and lead company's ICO.
- Register and maintain cryptocurrency financial transactions.
- Maintain and file corporate taxes and regulatory requirements.

Location: This is an in-office employment position, Monday – Friday. Corporate headquarters are located in the NW sector of San Antonio, Texas.
