Are you a strategic financial leader with a passion for driving growth and innovation? We are seeking an experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our leadership team at Falcon National Bank!Key Responsibilities:

Financial Strategy: Develops and executes financial strategies to support company goals and growth plans. Provide insights and recommendations on business and financial decisions.

Financial Reporting: Oversees preparation of financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards.

Budgeting & Forecasting: Lead annual budgeting and financial forecasting processes. Monitor performance against budgets and identify areas for improvement.

Risk Management: Implement and monitor risk management policies, ensuring financial controls are in place to mitigate risk and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory standards.

Cash Flow Management: Oversee cash flow management and capital allocation strategies to ensure liquidity and support operational needs.

Leadership & Team Management: Leads and mentors the Finance Department, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Build strong relationships with other department leaders to drive financial awareness.

Mergers & Acquisitions (if applicable): Oversees and guides the financial analysis and due diligence of mergers, acquisitions, and other strategic opportunities.

Tax & Audit Compliance: Ensures timely compliance with all tax laws and regulations. Oversee external audits and ensure all audit requirements are met.Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred.

Proven experience as a CFO or in a similar financial leadership role within the banking sector.

Strong analytical skills and experience with financial modeling and analysis.
