Job Overview - Chief Financial Officer (CFO): Join our client's team as a Chief Financial Officer (CFO), where you'll oversee the finance, accounting, HR, and IT functions of a dynamic construction-related company. As a key member of the Senior Leadership Team, you'll report directly to the President and play a critical role in driving financial planning, reporting, and strategic initiatives to support business growth and success. Compensation: $140,000 - $160,000/year + bonus Location: Montgomery County, PA Responsibilities as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO):
  • Financial Leadership: Drive month-end close processes and oversee financial planning and analysis, including KPI development and reporting.
  • Treasury Management: Manage key banking and lending relationships, including related reporting requirements.
  • Reporting & Compliance: Prepare monthly reports, quarterly board reports, and ensure compliance with GAAP standards.
  • Budgeting & Forecasting: Lead annual budgeting and forecasting processes, and analyze financial processes such as budgeting and tax planning.
  • Audit & Tax: Drive year-end audit requests, interface with auditors, and prepare and file taxes.
  • Cost Control: Analyze cost controls and expenses to ensure maximum profit and effective management of working capital.
  • ERP Implementation: Lead or manage ERP system implementations and maintain internal accounting controls.
Qualifications for the Chief Financial Officer (CFO):
  • Experience: 10+ years in Accounting, with prior experience in construction or manufacturing industries.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field required.
  • Certifications: CPA preferred.
  • Technical Skills: Strong understanding of NetSuite, financial data analysis, job costing, and cost control.
  • Leadership: Dynamic and results-oriented leader with excellent communication skills and strategic thinking.
