Now for the technical stuff. Our CFOs provide high-level financial leadership and strategic guidance to client organizations as seasoned executive advisors. You will oversee all aspects of financial management, drive business performance, and play a critical role in shaping the organization's financial strategy.

A successful CFO's responsibility is establishing, redefining, and implementing financial standards to meet our value-add proposition and goals for our clients and communicating such information back to our team, where applicable. You will be responsible for the client relationship and development of key deliverables. We do whatever it takes to get the job done for our clients at all levels within the organization.

You will be responsible for the following:

  • Financial Management and Strategy
  • Strategic Financial Analysis
  • Cash Flow Management
  • Risk Management and Compliance
  • Financial Planning and Forecasting
  • Business Advisory and Relationship Management

Skills/Qualifications:

  • Need to be in the Boston/NH area in order to drive to clients on a weekly basis
  • Manufacturing experience
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance, a minimum
  • CMA, CPA, or MBA preferred; or willingness to be sponsored for the CMA.
  • Strong technology skills using Office 365
  • Proven experience in financial statements and month-end closing procedures.
  • Ability to multi-task and to work independently with an entrepreneurial spirit.
  • Experience working in a paperless environment.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills; team player with a positive, can-do approach.
  • Excellent analytical, computational, and mathematical abilities.
  • Commitment to protecting client privacy, even within the firm, as appropriate.
  • Willingness to teach others and document work processes.
  • Ability to apply yourself to learning and applying technical skills - transferable knowledge!
