Position Overview

Prime Group Holdings, LLC's Family Office is seeking a Chief Financial Officer. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in overseeing financial operations, strategies, and wealth management for a newly established single-family office. We are looking for a seasoned financial executive with a strong background in Family Office, Corporate, Fund, Banking, or Public Accounting, ideally holding CPA or CFA credentials and possessing 8+ years of relevant experience. The CFO will play a pivotal leadership role in shaping and executing the financial strategy of the family office, ensuring its long-term success and stability.

Essential Responsibilities:

• Asset management of all family assets, including but not limited to investment and banking accounts and various real estate properties
• Cash management of family expenses invoice processing, expense approval and reporting
• Maintaining financial accounting records and cash flow forecasting and communicating updates to Family
• Quarterly reporting of family asset changes and income/expenses
• Managing processes related to insurance for all family assets
• Assistance in estate management
• Coordination and communication with multiple external parties for various matters (including banking, legal, insurance, etc.)
• Research and analysis of topics related to family and estate planning
• Additional ad hoc tasks as requested by the Family

Qualifications:

• 8+ years of experience in financial management and leadership role preferably in public accounting, family office, real estate, banking, or private equity
• Experience with financial investments, financial reporting, managing budgets and estate planning is highly desirable
• CPA or CFA preferred but not required
• Position requires a high level of confidentiality
• The appropriate candidate must be able to implement structure and manage numerous projects and processes simultaneously
• Ability to manage relationships with attorneys, private bankers, and other third-party consultants
