Our client, a dynamic fintech firm, is seeking a CFO/COO to join the team. This is a newly created role due to growth, reporting to the CEO and overseeing the finance & operations of the firm.
Hybrid schedule: 3 days in office.
Strong base compensation, plus cash bonus and equity.
Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain KPI dashboards and reports to provide comprehensive analytics and transparency throughout the organization.Collaborate with the Managing Partner to identify growth opportunities and strategic plans for market expansion, product development, and future M&A transactions.Build and maintain relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.Plan, develop, and direct all corporate accounting activities for the entities affiliated with the company, including producing consolidated financial statements in accordance with GAAP.Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and accounting standards, including GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles) or IFRS (International Financial Reporting Standards).Lead due diligence, modeling, and related analysis leading up to investor meetings and future capital raises.Direct due diligence, term sheet negotiations, and documentation with finance providers.Implement financial processes for performance management, strategic planning, and profitability analysis.Qualifications:
Minimum 10+ years of prior experience leading a global finance function at a SaaS, Cyber, or fintech company.Experience in fast-paced, high-growth environments.Previous Investment Banking, PE, or consulting experience.Experience in global finance, overseeing international entities and operations.Experience in M&A, from deal origination to post-merger integration.Ability and comfort working independently across cross-functional internal teams and external relationships, with the ability to project manage large scale projects.CPA/CFA highly preferred.#J-18808-Ljbffr
