We are currently seeking a Chief Financial Officer. This position, reporting to the CEO, is part to full-time and is an excellent opportunity for someone excited to make an immediate and lasting impact on a growing company.
Position Overview:
As the Chief Financial Officer, you will work in an environment where everyone understands their role is to help and to jump into new challenges. The CFO's primary areas of focus will be in owning and executing all items connected to Finance, effectively managing the Accounting team, and serving as the key financial communicator internally and externally.
This role will work very closely with the CEO and be accountable for keeping the CFO informed of the financial status of OTS and OTS-managed clinics. Effective communication with the CEO is paramount, along with good communication with the OTS Leadership team.
The CFO is responsible for directing and overseeing the financial activities of OTS and Clinics. The CFO performs financial modeling, cash flow analysis and strategic planning to ensure the financial health of OTS and support its growth. Together with the CEO, the CFO is a key part of the OTS Management Team, providing leadership for corporate operations, defining corporate finance policies and collaborating on critical business and development decisions. The CFO is an active, on-site manager of the Finance Team. This role oversees Finance in connection with clinics under development, operational clinics under management, and OTS. Working with the Board, the CFO plays an integral role in business development and development of OTS services. OTS currently has three clinics under management and three clinics under development. Going forward, OTS will open two to three new clinics and be in development of two to three new clinics annually.
