The YWCA of Western MA is dedicated to eliminating racism and empowering survivors. The YW provides a safe place for survivors of domestic violence, sexual assault, and human trafficking. Our programs and services include crisis shelter and transitional housing for survivors and their families, counseling, SAFEPLAN court advocacy, community education, supervised visitation, and vocational training for youth. The YWCA provides services at multiple locations, including Holyoke, Northampton, Westfield and our primary Springfield campus.
The YWCA is seeking a Chief Financial Officer to join our team. Our CFO is primarily responsible for safeguarding the assets of the YWCA through the development, implementation, maintenance, and oversight of the YWCA's financial and facility-related activities. As a member of the senior management team, the CFO brings vision and leadership to the discussion, selection, and implementation of plans to support the financial aspects of the YWCA's mission. The CFO leads the development of and continually monitors the annual budget, including responsible management of all debt and borrowing, organizational financial statement preparation and reporting, and coordinates the annual audit process. For direct reports, provides instruction/guidance in proper methods and procedures; monitors and verifies compliance. This position is full-time, on-site and provides excellent benefits for those who qualify.

Schedule: Full time, 37.5 hours/week

Salary: $120,000/annually
