Maryville Integrated Care is hiring a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead our accounting, billing, and IT teams. About Us:Maryville Integrated Care is a leading provider of addiction and mental health services, operating with a unique financial model: 70% of our funding comes from fee-for-service insurance, primarily Medicaid, and the remaining 30% from governmental grants. As CFO, you will play a critical role in overseeing all financial operations and ensuring the continued growth and sustainability of our organization.

What You'll Do:

  • Lead accounting, billing/receivables, and IT functions for a growing organization.
  • Manage Medicaid and commercial insurance receivables management and navigate the transition to managed care.
  • Oversee government grants, financial reporting, and ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Work closely with our managed service provider to oversee IT operations.
  • Play a key role in implementing a new electronic medical records system (experience in this area is a bonus!).

What We're Looking For:

  • A seasoned financial leader with 7-10 years of experience in senior financial roles. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field required. MBA or CPA a plus.
  • Expertise in Medicaid billing and managed care.
  • Experience managing government grants and compliance.
  • Experience in IT management, with a preference for candidates with EMR implementation experience.
  • A strategic thinker who can balance fiscal responsibility with organizational growth.
