Key Responsibilities: Lead and oversee the company's financial administration and planning, including financial policy development, management of accounting systems, budget planning, risk management, insurance, purchasing, taxation, forecasting, and strategic planning. Utilize technology to streamline financial processes and improve efficiency and accuracy. Manage relationships with lending institutions, shareholders, and the financial community. Contribute to short- and long-term planning, identifying areas for growth and new profit opportunities. Oversee and manage fiduciary funds, ensuring the accurate and efficient flow of premiums from clients to insurance carrier partners. Oversee financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, treasury, tax, and audit management. Prepare profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and capital budgets for all entities related to our organization. Establish and maintain internal systems to support financial and business operations in line with growth and reporting requirements. Monitor and report on the organization's financial stability, liquidity, and growth. Direct the establishment and maintenance of budget programs with department and regional leaders Implement and maintain effective cost control measures, including the management of employee and company expenses through policies and systems Manage the preparation and issuance of annual and quarterly reports. Oversee tax reporting and compliance. Lead, train, supervise, and motivate the accounting & finance team; manage schedules and workflow. Provide daily guidance and oversight to subordinates; promote and recognize performance. Stay updated on team activities, identify problem areas, and implement corrective actions. Perform additional related duties as assigned by management. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. CPA designation and/or an advanced degree in Finance/Accounting Minimum of seven to ten years of related experience in finance and management. Strong knowledge of financial management, forecasting, and reporting. Proven ability to leverage technology for financial efficiency and effectiveness.
