We are seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead the financial operations across SwiftPay, and Trify.
Project methodology: ScrumOperating system: macOS
Fundraising: Lead and manage fundraising efforts, securing investment to fuel growth and expansion.
Investor Relations: Develop and maintain strong relationships with current and potential investors. Communicate the company's vision, strategy, and financial performance to attract and retain investors.
Pitch Development: Create compelling investment pitches and presentations tailored to various audiences, including venture capitalists, private equity firms, and institutional investors.
Funding Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive fundraising strategies, including equity financing, debt financing, and other financial instruments.
Due Diligence: Oversee the preparation and management of due diligence processes, ensuring transparency and accuracy in all financial documentation and reporting.Negotiation: Lead negotiations with investors to secure favorable terms and conditions for funding agreements.
Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market analysis to identify and target potential funding sources. Stay updated on industry trends and investor sentiment to optimize fundraising efforts.
Networking: Actively network within the financial community to identify new fundraising opportunities and stay connected with key stakeholders.
Strategic Planning: Develop and implement financial strategies that support the long-term goals of SwiftPay and Trify.
Financial Oversight: Oversee all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with investors, banks, and other financial institutions.
Risk Management: Identify and mitigate financial risks to ensure the stability and sustainability of each company.
Key Tasks:Fundraising: Identify and secure capital through various fundraising efforts.Investor Relations: Maintain continuous engagement with investors.Relationship Management: Foster and manage relationships with key stakeholders.Analysis: Conduct financial analyses to support strategic decisions.Collaboration: Work closely with accountants and financial advisors.Forecasting: Develop financial forecasts and projections.Deal Negotiation: Lead the entire deal process, from pitching to negotiating agreements.
Must haveExperience in Controlling: Extensive experience in financial controlling, ensuring effective monitoring and management of financial performance across multiple business units.
Budget Execution: Proven track record in budget execution, demonstrating a high level of expertise in financial planning and control.
Capital Markets Expertise: Experience in capital market fundraising and investor advisory roles, with a background in investment banking, brokerage, or similar fields.
CPA, CMA, or MBA in Finance is highly desirable.
Demonstrated success in fundraising and managing investor relations.
Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
Excellent knowledge of corporate financial law and risk management practices.
Proficient in the use of financial management software.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Background:Professionals from investment banks, brokerage firms, or as investment advisors.Experience in companies driven by external funding, such as similar fintech firms.Previous roles in Big 4 transaction advisory teams, such as Goldman Sachs, Ernst & Young, Rothschild, McKinsey, or other investment advisory firms.Candidates from investment banks, enterprise innovation funds, or strategic consultancy firms.
