The Opportunity
We're seeking an experienced and visionary CFO to join our executive team and lead our financial strategy as we continue our rapid growth and expansion. The ideal candidate will be a strategic partner to the CEO and other senior executives, driving financial performance, operational efficiency, and long-term value creation.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the company's financial strategy
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes
- Manage capital structure and funding strategies
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and reporting requirements
- Oversee financial reporting and investor relations activities
- Drive operational improvements and cost-reduction initiatives
- Lead implementation of financial systems and technologies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CPA strongly preferred
- 15+ years of progressive experience in finance leadership roles, with at least 5 years as CFO or equivalent
- Experience in utility services, vegetation management, or related industries preferred
- Strong understanding of financial markets, capital management, and strategic planning
- Proven track record of driving growth and improving financial performance
- Experience with M&A, capital raising, and investor relations
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
