A leading provider in the Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) space is seeking an experienced and dynamic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our team. The CFO will oversee the financial operations of two facilities, implement and maintain robust internal financial controls, and provide strategic financial leadership. This role requires a seasoned professional with significant experience in the SNF sector, strong leadership capabilities, and a solid grasp of financial technology and software systems.
Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and oversee internal financial controls to ensure accuracy and compliance.Manage and optimize cash flow, ensuring the company's financial health and liquidity.Structure, lead, and mentor the finance and accounting team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.Work closely with operations teams to manage costs effectively, identifying opportunities for efficiency and savings.Oversee the preparation and analysis of financial reports, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.Manage banking relationships and work with external tax accountants to ensure compliance and optimize tax strategies.Qualifications:
