Chief Financial Officer

Coal Country Community Health Center (CCCHC) located in Beulah, North Dakota, is seeking an experienced and strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our leadership team overseeing the financial operations of our health center. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare financials and previous FQHC experience.

CCCHC is a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) with clinic locations in Beulah, Hazen, Center, and Killdeer North Dakota. We are celebrating 20 years of caring for the community with over 115 employees, four health center locations, and five school-based clinics in West Central North Dakota. As a FQHC, we care for patients of all ages, focusing on quality primary care, behavioral health, and wellness for your family, CCCHC cares for over 9,000 patients annually. We provide compassionate, quality care to all. No patient will be refused, regardless of their ability to pay or insurance status.

Chief Financial Officer

The CFO has the primary day-to-day responsibility for planning, implementing, managing and controlling all financial-related activities of the organization. This position reports to and works with the CEO in recognizing and analyzing opportunities for reducing costs, increasing income and improving the organization's financial position.

Job Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree in business or financial management or healthcare administration (or equivalent experience in senior account roles).

* Healthcare industry and FQHC experience is preferred.

* Federal, State and Local grant knowledge a plus.

* Excellent written and oral communication skills; have the knowledge and skills to communicate appropriately with staff, leadership teams, and board of directors.

* The ability to build, grow and lead high performing teams within the accounting/finance and business office.

* Strong interpersonal skills to successfully foster new and maintain current business relationships.
