We have been retained by a fast growing private entrepreneurial company to find a strong Chief Financial Officer who can lead the financial side of a company with 8 food processing plants.

The CFO is responsible for directing the fiscal functions of the corporation in accordance with generally accepted principles issued by the Financial Accounting Standards Board and other regulatory and advisory organizations and in accordance with financial management techniques and practices appropriate within the industry. Ideal candidates will have the following:

• BS Degree and an MBA
• Impeccable integrity
• Experience leading finance and/or accounting or controllership in a food company over multiple manufacturing locations
• Minimum of 15 years of experience in manufacturing leading accounting
• Large blue chip and private company experience is a huge plus
• Ability to partner with ownership on projects
• Strong business acumen
