The CFO is responsible for managing the financial actions of the Securitas Healthcare Organization. This includes tracking cash flow, financial planning, analyzing the companys financial strengths and weaknesses, and proposing corrective actions. The CFO will work closely with the CEO and other senior executives to develop and implement strategies to improve the financial performance of the company.

This is a hybrid role based at one of our offices located in Fishers, IN, Uniontown, OH, Lincoln, NE, or Wilmington, DE.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the financial strategy of the business, focusing on both the short-term Business Plan and long-term strategic horizon.
  • Develop and manage annual budgets, and conduct financial forecasting and risk management to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting to Securitas Group.
  • Guide growth initiatives as well as cost management programs.
  • Increase cash flow generation and implement lean balance sheet management.
  • Review and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure alignment with business goals.
  • Identify and implement financial systems to provide critical financial and operational insights to drive growth and productivity.
  • Assess, pursue, and execute on inorganic growth initiative (acquisitions).
  • Oversee financial integrations of acquired businesses.
  • Guide compensation and incentive planning.
  • Lead and develop team in the areas of FP&A, Commercial Finance, Operational Finance, Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, Controllership, and Financial Systems.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in Corporate Finance, with at least 5 years in a senior financial leadership role.
  • Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; MBA or Masters in Finance preferred.
  • Extensive knowledge of corporate financial processes, standards, policies, and regulations.
  • Strong ability to organize effectively, delegate responsibility, solve problems quickly and communicate clearly.
  • Proficiency in financial software and tools, including ERP and consolidation tools.
  • Leadership skills, including the ability to manage time effectively and handle both internal and external conflicts.
