Job DetailsKey Responsibilities Financial Strategy and Planning
- Develop and implement financial strategies to support company growth and profitability goals.
- Lead long-term financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting processes.
- Identify, analyze, and act on financial risks and opportunities.
Financial Reporting and Compliance
- Oversee the preparation of accurate and timely financial statements, reports, and analyses.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, including GAAP, IFRS, and applicable tax laws.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for auditors, banks, and other financial stakeholders.
- Establish and enforce financial policies, controls, and procedures to maintain fiscal discipline and integrity.
Accounting Operations
- Direct and manage all accounting functions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger.
- Drive process improvements in accounting systems to enhance accuracy, efficiency, and scalability.
- Oversee month-end and year-end closing processes to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
Growth Management
- Optimize working capital and cash flow to sustain operational needs.
- Partner with operations teams to improve cost management and operational efficiency.
- Develop strategies to secure and manage funding for expansion, including debt and equity financing.
QualificationsEducation and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- CPA, CMA, or equivalent professional certification highly desirable.
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive finance and accounting experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Experience in the manufacturing sector strongly preferred.

- Deep understanding of financial principles, accounting practices, and regulatory requirements.
- Proven track record of managing financial growth in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Strategic thinker with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
