Job Description:
Children's Dental FunZone is seeking a strategic and results-driven Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead our financial operations and support our growing organization. With 17 locations and counting, we are dedicated to providing exceptional dental care for children. The CFO will play a critical role in shaping our financial strategy, ensuring fiscal health, and driving long-term success.Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with the company's goals and growth plans.
  • Oversee all aspects of financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
  • Manage and monitor cash flow, financial performance, and operational efficiency.
  • Lead the preparation of accurate and timely financial statements, reports, and analyses.
  • Ensure compliance with all financial regulations, tax laws, and reporting requirements.
  • Provide strategic recommendations to the executive team and board of directors based on financial analysis and projections.
  • Collaborate with department heads to optimize budgets and ensure efficient resource allocation.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with banks, auditors, and other financial stakeholders.
  • Identify and mitigate financial risks, ensuring robust internal controls and processes.
  • Oversee the implementation and optimization of financial systems and software.
  • Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering professional development and high performance.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA or CPA preferred).
  • Proven experience as a CFO or senior financial executive, preferably in the healthcare or service industry.
  • Strong knowledge of financial regulations, tax laws, and compliance standards.
  • Exceptional analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in financial management software and tools.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
