The Cape has a mild year-round climate with world class beaches, challenging golf courses, fresh seafood, and within a short drive to Providence and Boston for city escapes!Role Description:The President & CEO seeks an ambitious, experienced, professional with deep non-profit fiscal leadership knowledge to lead the YMCA's fiscal strategies for a budget of $11 million. This is a hybrid position with at least one day per week in the Hyannis office location. Other pre-scheduled in-person meetings or events occur requiring in-person attendance as a member of the senior leadership team (i.e. annual golf outing, annual board retreat, annual meeting, etc.).The CFO will be responsible for overseeing all financial operations of the organization, including financial planning, financial statements, financial reporting, and analysis. The incumbent will demonstrate mastery of change to help translate strategic vision into practical action. Candidates must demonstrate a proven track record of business innovation & growth. It is position critical for the candidate to possess highly developed interpersonal and communication skills. This attentive, forward-thinking team player will provide clear direction, strong leadership & coaching skills for YMCA fiscal management. Aptitudes necessary for success in the position:
