POSITION OVERVIEW:TLC is experiencing growth and is in search of a distinguished and visionary Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) to spearhead its HR department, supporting a team of 100 employees. The CHRO will play a pivotal role in crafting and executing a comprehensive HR strategy, focusing on the development of a robust HR infrastructure. This executive will drive initiatives in employee relations, professional growth, and organizational culture, with a strong emphasis on fostering a diverse and inclusive work environment. Key responsibilities include establishing and refining organizational processes, overseeing wage equity and benefits reviews, and ensuring all practices align with the goal of cultivating a positive and dynamic workplace. This role demands a high level of dedication, strategic insight, and perseverance.

COMPENSATION and BENEFITS:A competitive base salary of $125,000-$180,000 DOE, TLC Child and Family Services offers a competitive benefits package including 100% employer-paid, medical, dental, vision life, and AD&D for the employee and a 403(b) plan with employer matching up to 4%, generous time off and so much more!
