Position Summary

OnPath Federal Credit Union is seeking an experienced Chief Lending Officer to join their dynamic team. This key role will be responsible for expanding and managing a strong lending department, focusing on consumer, mortgage, and commercial lending. The Chief Lending Officer will play a vital role in driving growth strategies, staying informed on industry trends, and ensuring compliance with regulatory matters, all while maintaining adherence to established policies, procedures, and legal requirements. The ideal candidate will possess visionary leadership, excellent communication skills, a collaborative team-oriented approach, financial acumen, and a self-motivated mindset. A Bachelor's degree and at least ten years of executive-level experience in the credit union or retail banking industry are required, particularly focusing on consumer, mortgage, and commercial lending.
