Community hospital looking to bring on a CNO! Bonus Incentives of 30%, plus Vested Long Term Equity starts with $45,000!

MUST have recent CNO experience in a FOR PROFIT acute care hospital.

High volume outpatient, smaller hospital that will require the CNO to use their nursing experience. All of leadership rolls up their sleeves and work in the roles that they manage.

• Licensed RN with a BSN, Masters required, MSN or MHA.
• 3+ years of CNO experience in a for profit healthcare organization.
• Prior experience in Joint Commission preparation and survey process.
