Resolves special administrative problems pertaining to policy and practice in program planning, operation, analysis, implementation and evaluation within the system.SUMMARY OF DUTIES1. Conducts initial evaluations of proposed Gotham Health programs encompassing the gathering of pertinent data, identification and analysis of problems and the proposal of feasible solutions within the context of Gotham's goals.2. Participates in developing, establishing, implementing and recommending policies, practices, methods and procedures and programs designed to improve operations within the major Gotham Health functional areas through research and statistical application, developing administrative controls and reporting systems, and the application of related techniques and methods.3. Participates in the development of budgets and the operational aspects of approved programs.4. Plans, establishes and integrates programs of Gotham within the system in collaboration with the Executive team, regional and site leadership.5. Conducts and participates in meetings, hearings and conferences as a representative of a Gotham Health.6. Provides assistances in developing various reports and studies pertaining to a broad scope of corporate functions including departmental reorganization, transfer of personnel and determining means of expediting potential programs while improving current operationsSUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES:1. Strategic Planning & Execution:•Partner with the CEO and executive team to develop and implement organizational strategies, policies, and goals.•Translate the organization's vision and objectives into actionable plans and projects.•Monitor progress against strategic objectives and report on performance to the executive team.2. Executive Support & Coordination:•Serve as the primary point of contact and liaison between the CEO, executive team, and internal/external stakeholders.•Coordinate executive team activities, including meetings, strategic off-sites, and other high priority initiatives.•Prepare briefings, reports, and presentations for the CEO and other senior leaders.3. Project Management:•Lead cross-functional projects and initiatives, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities and timely delivery of outcomes.•Establish project timelines, milestones, and performance metrics.•Facilitate communication and collaboration across departments to achieve project goals.4. Risk Management & Compliance:•Oversee risk management efforts, ensuring that risks are identified, assessed, and mitigated effectively.•Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and organizational policies.•Monitor and address emerging risks and opportunities that could impact the organization.Minimum Qualifications1. A Baccalaureate Degree from an accredited college or university, and three (3) years experience in health and medical service administration, public administration, business administration, personnel and labor relations, finance or an appropriate functional discipline with emphasis on planning, liaison and interorganizational relationships, or related administrative or managerial functions; or, 2. A Master's degree in hospital administration, health care planning, business administration, public administration or an approved related program, and two (2) years of experience in health and medical service administration, public administration, business administration, personnel and labor relations, finance or an appropriate functional discipline with emphasis on planning, liaison and interorganizational relationships, or related administrative or managerial functions; or, 3.
