Position Summary:

We are looking for a highly analytical, strategic, and financially savvy Chief of Staff to support the accelerated growth of our business. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-growing software ecosystem, at the intersection of world-class private equity growth strategies and playbooks and on-the-ground execution and company-building. You will play a crucial role in shaping financial processes, utilizing data to unlock enterprise value.

As a key member of the executive team reporting directly to the CEO, you will have a seat at the table on critical strategic decisions. You will have the opportunity of making significant contributions that will drive revenue, optimize EBITDA, and support the company's financial objectives.

This is a strategic role designed for a proactive problem-solver who can leverage financial data to influence decision-making and ensure a strong foundation for future growth.

Location: Remote with up to 20% travel for executive meetings

What you'll do:

  • Serve as a thought and strategic partner to the CEO on financial, strategic, and operational matters
  • Join the Executive Leadership team of a business fully running on EOS (L10s, V/TO, quarterly rocks, etc.)
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive financial models for budgeting, forecasting, and scenario planning. Perform quantitative and qualitative analyses of forecasts and trends
  • Build comprehensive reports for our private equity board about the health of the business, underlying KPIs, and key value drivers identified
  • Identify avenues for growth and efficiency at the company, leading execution (e.g. upselling opportunities with key customers, pricing optimization strategies, etc.)
  • Develop action plans to enable the executive team to succeed in categorical growth initiatives (new markets, new business lines, M&A opportunities, etc.)
  • Lead and manage cross-functional efficiency projects, such as process automation, integration of financial tools with ERP systems, and cost optimizations

What you'll bring:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or a related field
  • 2+ years of experience in a high-velocity finance, consulting, or operations role
  • Excellent command of Excel and project management tools
  • Ability to analyze complex data and make recommendations on next steps
  • Proven track record of cross-functional collaboration
  • Strong results orientation, highly organized and able to juggle multiple priorities
  • Excellent communicator, capable of presenting to executive leadership
  • Decisive and ability to operate with limited information
  • Proactive approach to problem solving, quickly identifying issues and finding solutions
  • Joining a Senior Executive Leadership team: Collaborate directly with our CEO and other senior leaders, gaining invaluable insights into high-level decision-making and strategic direction
