Open up opportunities with HPE The Business Planning Manager will be a key role within the new formed Cloud CISO Office at HPE. This role will be responsible for developing, refining, and executing cloud security business plans for the Office of Cloud CISO. The Business Planning Manager will work closely with senior executives and security stakeholders to identify and develop security strategies, objectives, and plans to support the organization's overall business goals. The Business Planning Manager will also be responsible for developing and executing security policies and procedures, as well as monitoring and evaluating current security programs and initiatives. The Business Planning Manager will need to have a good knowledge of current security trends, regulations, and how to measure success using metrics. They will also need to have excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Responsibilities: Develop and refine HPEs Cloud security business plans that align with the organizations overall business strategy and objectives. Analyze Cloud CISO business requirements and develop progressive strategies. Monitor and evaluate existing security programs and initiatives. Prepare reports and presentations on security business plans and initiatives. Work with senior executives and security stakeholders to ensure security plans are aligned with the organizations overall business goals. Remain up-to-date on current security trends, regulations, and best practices. Research and analyze security-related technologies and products. Create business metrics dashboard that will be used to measure the success of Cloud CISO Business office. Manage the Cloud Business office calendar of events, office hours and team meetings. Requirements: Bachelors degree in business, or related field. 4+ years of experience in, strategy, business planning, hiring, training, and business operations Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Knowledge of current security trends, regulations, and best practices. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. Strong analytical and research skills. Knowledge and Skills: Extensive knowledge of research methodology for the most challenging business issues. Excellent analytical thinking, technical analysis, and data manipulation skills. Ability to leverage new analytical techniques to develop creative approaches and insights. Extensive knowledge of how to analyze business problems using Excel, Access, statistical analysis, and financial modeling. Superior business acumen and technical knowledge within area of responsibility. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including negotiation and influence skills. Excellent project management skills, including leading large, cross-functional initiatives that impact the organization. Strong relationship management skills, including partnering and consulting. Strong leadership skills, including team-building, conflict resolution, and management. Ability to lead multiple, large, time sensitive projects or work streams. Actual offer may vary from this range based upon geographic location, work experience, education/training, and/or skill level. If this is a sales role, then the listed salary range reflects combined base salary and target-level sales compensation pay.
