SUMMARY iFIT's vision is to create the world's most holistic health and fitness platform, integrating all elements of health - physical fitness, mental health, nutrition and active recovery - into a seamless interactive experience. We develop proprietary software that learns and adjusts to the habits of each person as it delivers immersive content that guides them on their individual fitness journey.The Chief of Staff (CoS) to the Chief Subscription Officer (CSO) will provide strategic and operational support to help drive iFIT's subscription business forward. This role is responsible for managing cross-functional initiatives, ensuring effective communication, and streamlining operations. The CoS will work closely with the CSO and leadership team to align business priorities, monitor performance, and drive key projects that support iFIT's long-term success.We are currently seeking an ambitious pace-setter to join our team as a Chief of Staff, remotely.ROLE COMMITMENTS
- Streamline operations and decision-making processes within the subscription business. Ensure all key decisions are documented, tracked, and followed up on to ensure timely action
- Ensure effective execution of key subscription-related initiatives across departments (e.g., marketing, product development, customer support).
- Support the CSO in exploring and executing innovative strategies to grow the subscription base and enhance the customer experience.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Strategic Initiatives & Cross-Functional Support:
- Partner with the CSO to set organizational goals, create business plans, and align priorities for the subscription business.
- Coordinate and manage key projects across teams (marketing, product, customer experience, finance, etc.) to ensure alignment and timely delivery of strategic objectives.
- Act as a liaison between the subscription team and other departments, ensuring smooth execution of cross-functional initiatives and driving alignment with overall company goals.
- Executive & Operational Support:
- Manage the CSO's calendar, scheduling, travel, and logistics, ensuring efficient use of time and smooth execution of all engagements and activities.
- Provide strategic and operational support to the CSO, assisting with the execution of key decisions and helping to drive the overall success of the subscription business.
- Establish and maintain regular meeting rhythms and check-ins for the subscription business, ensuring effective communication, collaboration, and visibility into ongoing projects and results across all stakeholders.
- Prepare meeting agendas, track action items, and follow up on key decisions to ensure accountability.
- Business Performance Monitoring & Decision Support:
- Monitor business performance metrics, track progress against goals, and provide data-driven recommendations to improve subscription business performance.
- Support decision-making by preparing business cases, executive summaries, and performance reports for the CSO and executive leadership.
- Ensure relevant data and insights are easily accessible to the CSO and stakeholders to inform strategic decisions.
- Presentation & Communication Support:
- Create presentations, reports, and communication materials that support the CSO and subscription business, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and key initiatives.
- Assist in preparing narratives and materials for executive meetings, investor briefings, and other high-level engagements to communicate the subscription business's progress and opportunities.
- Ensure clear, consistent messaging across the organization through internal and external communications related to the subscription business.
- Education and Basic Qualifications
- Proven experience in a Chief of Staff or similar role, ideally in a fast-paced, high-growth organization.
- Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and drive initiatives to completion.
- Strong analytical abilities, with experience monitoring business performance and providing data-driven recommendations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft clear, concise, and compelling narratives for presentations and reports.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with senior leadership and teams across the organization.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and project management tools.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
- Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with subscription-based businesses, SaaS, or similar industries is a plus.
- Master's degree is preferred.
