No 3rd Parties, No Sponsorship available for this position Summary The Tech Business Operations Partner is responsible for supporting diverse business management functions at the department or line of business level within the Technology division. This position will act as a strategic partner to aligned senior leader(s) in the areas of organizational rhythm of business, action tracking and management, executive communications and storytelling, program/project management, and other business management/ executive office functions. This role will bring a strategic business mindset, execute business results, and successfully partner with a wide group of stakeholders demonstrating capability for business management, organizational skills, growth mindset and an ability to execute in a fast-paced, sometimes ambiguous, and ever-evolving environment. Responsibilities Partner with divisional VPs/SVPs to execute organizational strategies, manage business routines, and optimize processes. Leverage a deep understanding of divisional objectives and metrics to support technology initiatives. Manage the operational rhythm, including business reviews, organizational communications, and employee engagement activities to ensure efficient operations and enhance employee satisfaction. Provide in-depth business insights and recommendations to effect positive changes and achieve objectives. Provide input and recommendations on programs, staffing, organizational design, strategy, governance and budget planning, in addition to other strategic and business management functions. Develop and deliver compelling narratives to communicate complex ideas to diverse audiences. Create on-brand materials that support executive messaging using visual and presentation tools. Manage and oversee special projects and programs, ensuring their successful completion while demonstrating sound business judgment and promoting best practices in change management. Drive important business objectives and execute on deliverables. Represent divisional leadership in business meetings and interactions with internal and external stakeholders. Identify opportunities and execute process improvement efforts geared toward streamlining and improving the divisional-level business management and executive office functions and processes. Develop and maintain strong relationships across the organization to execute work, ensure alignment on priorities and strategic objectives, and support business activities while communicating key leadership priorities. Understand the end-to-end business and provide recommendations and direction to support business priorities. Perform additional duties, as assigned. Qualifications Typically requires a Bachelor's degree with emphasis in business, communication or related field, or equivalent work or educational experience required. Advanced degree preferred. Typically requires 10 years of experience in executive office functions, chief of staff roles, business operations roles, program/project management, or related field. Proficiency using Microsoft 365 suite of tools (Office, Teams, SharePoint, etc.) with advanced proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel required. Experience in executive storytelling and communications including advanced skills in presentation software and data analysis tools required. Previous experience working in a complex, matrixed, and fast-paced environment, applying critical thinking, attention to detail and resolution in sometimes ambiguous situations required. Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to transform complicated, often technical, topics and data sets into clear stories that are relevant to the business need required. Advanced technical proficiency and strategic thinking mindset with ability to identify challenges and opportunities, make recommendations on solutions, and drive improvements required.
