Chief of StaffAt IDG, Inc. we have a tremendous opportunity for someone to work directly with the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and to be at the center of one of the most exciting business transformations in our industry. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to fill the role of Chief of Staff to the CFO. This critical position will serve as a key advisor and strategic partner to the CFO and members of the Finance Leadership Team, facilitating the execution of strategic initiatives for Finance, driving operational efficiency within the organization, and ensuring alignment across the finance organization and beyond. In addition, this role will be a critical driver of the Finance organization's transformation to deliver on the transformation roadmap. Working in a cross-functional capacity, the Chief of Staff to the CFO will work closely with numerous stakeholders across the IDG organization to ensure that these changes are long-lived and sustainable.

At IDG we are committed to fair and equitable pay practices. We pay our employees equitably for their work, commensurate with their individual skills and experience. The expected total annual compensation, depending on location and experience, is between $200,0000 and $300,000 and is inclusive of base salary and variable compensation (if applicable).Salary range and additional compensation, including discretionary bonuses and incentive pay, are determined by a rigorous review process. This process considers the experience, education, certifications, and skills required for the specific role, equity with similarly situated employees, as well as employer-verified US region-specific market data provided by an independent 3rd party partner.
