Location: Rahway, NJ - East Jersey State Prison

Job Summary: East Jersey State Prison is an adult male correctional facility seeking a Chief Operating Engineer 3.

Minimum Qualifications:

5 years of experience in work involving the operation, maintenance, and emergency repair of power and heating plants and auxiliary equipment.

2 years of experience in a lead worker capacity at the level of a Red Seal Operator.

License: Minimum of a Stationary Engineer First Class, Grade 1A (Gold) License issued by the NJ DOLWD. A copy of the license must be provided.

Salary: $62,279.46 - $88,347.15 with benefits.
