Job Summary:We are seeking an experienced and strategic Chief Operating Officer (COO) to lead our operational initiatives and drive the growth of McCloskey Mechanical Contractors, Inc. The COO will oversee daily operations, implement effective business strategies, and ensure that our projects are executed with the highest standards of quality and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement operational strategies that align with McCloskey Mechanical's values, objectives and growth plans.Oversee all aspects of daily operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness across all departments.Collaborate with the executive team to drive business growth, profitability, and client satisfaction.Monitor performance metrics and implement continuous improvement initiatives.Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.Mentor and develop the operations team, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field; MBA preferred.Proven experience as a COO or in a senior operational leadership role.Strong understanding of project management, financial management, and operational best practices.Exceptional leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a focus on collaboration and teamwork.Ability to analyze data and make informed strategic decisions.What We Offer:
