Consequently, upside growth is about to be exponential.About the Position: The COO position is the most senior role reporting to and partnering with the President/CEO to manage and carry out key growth initiatives. The COO will play a pivotal role in driving operational efficiency, refining processes, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and ensuring the successful execution of the company's product quality and strategic goals. The ideal candidate will bring leadership skills, with extensive experience in large-scale residential construction or building component manufacturing. You will have full support to provide strategic leadership and direction for all operational activities within the supply chain, production, and fabrication functions of the company. Also, complete authority to utilize state of the art manufacturing processes and systems to maximize the throughput and quality of their palletized structural frames. Requirements:
- Work Experience: 15+ years of operational management experience in engineered wood, building components manufacturing, building pre-fabrication or large-scale residential development.
- Education: Must have a BA or BS in Construction Management, Engineering, Business Administration or a relevant related field.
- Licenses. PE or SE preferred.
- Demonstrated competence overseeing international supply chains, manufacturing processes, and quality control.
- Leadership and team-building skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse workforce.
- Strong analytical capabilities and modern digital competence to permit leverage use of operational management tools and software.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the capacity to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
