Role Description

We seek a dynamic and experienced executive to join our leadership team and help drive the next phase of growth and innovations. This is a full-time on-site role in SC. The executive will oversee the company's business development, implement sales strategies, improve go-to-market efficiency, manage all sales channels and related teams, and ensure business growth.

The executive will oversee the sales & marketing functions and day-to-day operations, working closely with the CEO to define and execute the company's long-term growth strategy. This role demands an executive with a strong background in business development, P&L management, strategy, marketing, and sales operations improvement.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a senior management role
• Strong leadership and decision-making skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of financial management and budgeting
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and lead cross-functional teams
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (Master's degree preferred)
• Experience in the B2G industry is a plus.
