LOCATION: Boston, MA or Washington DC (hybrid in office min 1-2 times per month)
DEPARTMENT: People Culture and Human Resources
REPORTS TO: VP, Strategy & Operations (VPSO)
DIRECT REPORTS: Oxfam America (OUS) People, Culture, and Human Resources team

Job SummaryAs Oxfam Americas Chief People Officer (CPO), you will lead and be accountable for steering Oxfam Americas People, Culture and Human Resources Department, ensuring that the departments initiatives align to Oxfams overall strategic and organizational goals and mission to fight inequality to end poverty. You will be responsible for the attraction, development, support and retention of our most valuable asset our people. You will foster the employee engagement and wellbeing, lived values, inclusion and belonging in our hybrid and virtual workplace that is reflective of the mission.
