The Chief Product Marketing Strategist will be responsible for advancing and strengthening the companys brand and presence in the creative products industry.Iron Orchid Designs (IOD), is driven by the passion of two sisters to inspire and empower people and embrace their creative identity. Through our innovative tools and products, including transfers, moulds, stamps, and paint inlays, we aim to challengethe status quo in the creative industry. The IOD sisters believe everyone is uniquely created and aim to inspire, empower, and encourage.THE OPPORTUNITYA fantastic opportunity for a hybrid 4-day/30-hour work week. Reporting to IODs CEO, the Chief Product Marketing Strategist will manage, develop strategies, utilize analytics, keep abreast of market trends, and manage and facilitate the overall marketing plan. The Chief Product Marketing Strategist will be an active participant on IODs Core Team, act as Champion of the Marketing Department, and manage two direct reports.   • $75,000 - $85,000 based on experience
  • 30 hours minimum per week a great work/life balance opportunity
  • Hybrid (home /office) is preferred, however, for a creative, marketing superstar with the right experience, we may consider a fully remote candidate
  • Monday Thursday 8:00 5:00 (with flexibility)
  • Occasional overnight travel 1-2 times/year for Staff Development

RESPONSIBILITIESBrand Management
  • Develop strategies for brand equity, loyalty, and recognition
  • Oversee social media to ensure brand consistency
  • Unify the visual assets of the brand
Content Creation
  • Research, implement, and maintain social media strategies to grow online presence
  • Develop new content and expand the companys YouTube channel
  • Create, write, and manage the brands blog and newsletter
  • Knowledgeable on Pinterest strategy, with the ability to implement a successful platform campaign.
  • Analyze data and make recommendations to boost customer engagement
  • Maintain and improve the use of content calendar and processes
Campaign & Project Management
  • Lead daily, weekly, and monthly delivery of marketing outputs
  • Determine KPIs and submit monthly performance reports
  • Manage marketing budget and maximize efficiency
  • Plan and execute brand and product campaigns (e.g., new releases, launching new product lines, etc.)
  • Brainstorm promotional events or activities
Market Research
  • Utilize analytics to evaluate customer psychology and behavior
  • Assess and improve customer user experience
  • Identify channels and platforms to grow customer engagement
  • Provide VoC input on the attractiveness of company pricing and product mix
  • Keep abreast of industry trends and brand competitors
General
  • Lead and manage marketing team: marketing manager and content manager
  • Participate and attend Core Team meetings
  • Develop and manage the marketing budget
  • Utilize AI to develop best practices in marketing efforts
  • Oversee and facilitate marketing department goals
  • Evaluate, recommend, and utilize relevant marketing SaaS and other technologies
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Proven managerial marketing level experience in the e-commerce space
  • BA/BS in Marketing and Communications, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
  • AI knowledge and experience preferred
  • Ability to develop and manage department budget
  • Knowledge of web analytics
  • Creative and Strategic
  • Stellar communication skills both verbal and written
  • Ability to collaborate effectively in a matrixed environment and across multiple time zones
