Job Description:

We are seeking a visionary Chief Product Officer (CPO) to lead our product strategy and drive innovation across our product offerings. In this executive role, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, marketing, sales, and design, to ensure alignment of product development with company goals. You will be responsible for the entire product lifecycle, from ideation through launch, ensuring that our products meet market demands and provide exceptional user experiences.

As CPO, you will shape the product vision and execute strategies that drive business growth, while fostering a high-performance product management team. Your leadership will be pivotal in defining our product roadmap and ensuring timely, high-quality product delivery.

Responsibilities:

  • Define and communicate a clear product vision, goal and strategy aligned with company objectives.
  • Lead the product management team in the development and execution of the product roadmap.
  • Oversee the entire product lifecycle, including ideation, development, launch, and post-launch optimization.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across engineering, marketing, sales, and customer success teams to deliver products that meet customer needs and market demand.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify new opportunities and areas for product improvement.
  • Drive product innovation, ensuring continuous improvement of product features, design, and user experience.
  • Own key product performance metrics, analyzing data to make informed decisions and drive product improvements.
  • Manage budgeting and resource allocation for the product team, ensuring optimal team performance and meeting of key milestones.
  • Mentor and lead a team of product managers, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure efficient product development and timely releases.
  • Ensure effective product marketing, pricing strategies, and go-to-market plans.
  • Stay current with industry trends, technological advancements, and competitive dynamics to inform product decisions.
  • Work closely with executive leadership to align product strategies with business objectives and company vision.
  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor and measure product success and team efficiency.
  • Lead and oversee the end-to-end design and implementation of product procedures
  • Present product strategies and performance to the executive team, board members, and stakeholders.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Product Management, Engineering, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • 10+ years of experience in product management, Or chief Product officer with multiple products that has proven track record of leading high-performance product teams.
  • Strong leadership experience in product strategy, management, and development across diverse industries or sectors.
  • Experience driving product lifecycle from concept to launch, with a deep understanding of product-market fit.
  • Exceptional ability to develop product roadmaps and manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
  • Data-driven decision-making skills, with experience analyzing key product metrics and KPIs.
  • Strong knowledge of market trends, user needs, and technological advancements.
  • Proven ability to lead and inspire a team of product managers and collaborate effectively across departments.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills, with experience presenting to executives and boards.
  • Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
  • Ability to balance visionary thinking with execution and detail-oriented management.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in a tech-driven company with a focus on digital products or SaaS platforms.
  • Deep knowledge of Agile methodologies and product management best practices.
  • Familiarity with go-to-market strategies, user experience design, and customer feedback loops
